Both of you, heard. Then a way forward.
Each of you tells your side in private, approves a fair summary, and the fight narrows to the one or two things that matter.
Pick a sample
Fair Witness only works if both of you choose to be here. The invite explains the rules before they say yes.
The ground rules they will see
- You each answer alone. Neither of you sees the other's raw answers.
- Anything marked private note is never quoted or revealed. It only helps the AI understand context.
- Nothing is shared until each of you confirms the summary of your own side is accurate.
- Either of you can stop at any time. Stopping deletes everything.
Two phones, two private rooms
In the real app you only ever see your own phone. The demo shows both so you can see what each person writes. Dashed boxes are private notes.
Listening without taking sides
This sounds like more than a disagreement.
Something in the answers suggests fear, threats or control. Mediation is not the right tool when one person may not be safe, so Fair Witness has stopped here. Nothing has been shared with the other person, and they will only see "this session was closed".
Did we get your side right?
Each person sees only the summary of their own side and approves or corrects it. The shared summary unlocks when both say "accurate".
What you both want
What you actually disagree about
Each of you marks the options you could live with, privately. Where your picks overlap, that's your path.

Check-in on
In two weeks each of you gets one private question: is the agreement working? If either says no, Fair Witness reopens only the part that slipped.

Are the agreements holding?
Every Sunday you each rate every agreement in private. Fair Witness only shows the combined result, and the ledger keeps the record.

Fewer friendships, families and companies broken by misunderstanding.
Most fights are two true stories that never met. People split flats, companies and families over the version they imagined the other person holds. Fair Witness puts both stories side by side, fairly, before the damage is done.
